For those who are interested and willing to help contribute to the project and the work Breakthrough Sports Academy (BSA) does with the children in Lusaka, please fill in the Donation Pledge Form below.
Once done a confirmation receipt will be sent to the e-maill address included in the form.
Should you have difficulties filling the online form, a printable version is provided in the right hand sidebar for you to fill out manually and send back to me by mail at: jul476@gmail.com.
Needless to say, all forms of contributions are welcome and needed, so please let me know if you have any further suggestions regarding possible means to support BSA and the children in Lusaka.
